FRIENDS FIRST DATABASE ACCESS

Included in your monthly membership fee is complete access to our Membership Database. This database is exclusive to Friends First members only. Remember, all members are local to the Okanagan or surrounding area – some are looking to meet that special someone and some are just wanting to meet new Friends.

Our modern database system allows you to view other members profile and pictures, chat with other members, send internal e-mails – even block members you do not wish to receive messages from. No names or any personal information is ever released. Member profiles include interests, future goals, priorities, a brief educational background (excluding names and location) and your relationship interests. All members are assigned a membership number for you to reference. If you find someone who you feel has similar interests\goals and you would like to meet them, either at one of our functions or on your own time, you can contact our office. We then connect with that member and pass along your membership number. He or she can then view your profile at their leisure and will contact us regarding the meeting. If mutual interest is established, we can arrange a time and place for you meet. Many members choose to first meet at one of our activities or dinners, however you may choose to meet each other personally. We will arrange a time and place that works for both parties and for the ladies who wish, one of our coordinators can accompany you. Please keep in mind that the main goal of Friends First is not to find mates for singles, but to create a fun and active social group for local people who would like to meet and interact with others. If a love match occurs that is wonderful however, Friends First is our goal.

Remember, none of your contact information is ever reviewed by anyone other then authorized personnel or released to anyone with out your permission. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance at Friends First. We take our Confidentiality Agreement very seriously and abide by a very strict and monitored code of ethics.
